DESCRIPTION:The Cayman Islands International Fishing Tournament (CIIFT) is the Islands’ premier sportfishing experience for over 25 years and will be held on April 23 – 30\, 2024. The tournament features a mix of local and international anglers competing for cash and prizes in various categories. \nEligible species include Wahoo\, Yellowfin Tuna\, Dolphin\, and Billfish. Base entry fee is US$500 per boat\, this makes teams eligible for over US$65\,000 in cash prizes. The Cayman National Jackpot entry is US$3\,500 per boat and payout is estimated at over US$100\,000.

DESCRIPTION:The Garden Club of Grand Cayman presents\, Cayman: Past\, Present & Future: A Small\, Standard Flower Show. \nFounded April 16th 1957\, The Garden Club has been presenting flower shows to the public since 1961. The Flower Show title this year was inspired by the theme ‘Keep Cayman Clean and Beautiful’. This title reflects the accomplishments of the Garden Club over the past 67 years\, as well as their continued and future beautification projects. As it is being held in conjunction with Earth Day this year\, the exhibits will showcase island horticulture\, creative designs and educational youth exhibits. \nThe show is FREE and open to the public.
